A video of the event reveals that store employee Daniel Gill approached him from behind, slapped him on the back, and then launched into a verbal rant.

Although the charges against Gill, 39, were later reduced, he was initially detained and charged with second-degree assault.

Rudy Giuliani Sued For Defamation

Two Georgia election workers, Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, sued Trump’s former attorney Rudy Giuliani for defaming them in the 2020 election by making fictitious claims about voting fraud.
