Taylor Schabusiness, whose birth name is Taylor Denise Coronadois a 25-year-old woman who is currently on trial for heinous charges relating to the murder and dismemberment of her friend, Shad Tyrion, in February 2022.
Police allege that during a drug-fueled sex act, she beheaded and mutilated Thyrion, creating a gruesome scene reminiscent of a horror movie.
Earlier, a competency hearing was held and a psychologist with the Wisconsin Forensic Unit said Schabusiness was fit to assist in his defense, a decision the prosecution accepted.

The crime scene involving Taylor Schabusiness was discovered on February 23, 2022 at a residence in the 800 block of Stony Brook Lane in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
The police responded to a call made by the victim’s mother, who had found her son’s severed head and “male organ” in a bucket in the basement.
Upon arriving at the scene, officers discovered a gruesome sight with the victim’s head found under a towel in the bucket. The criminal complaint said there was dried blood on a nearby mattress.
The inquest found the victim was murdered in a drug-fueled sex act, with Schabusiness admitting to strangling him with choke collars placed on his throat.
She felt her partner’s heart beating as she cut off his oxygen to death.
Schabusiness confessed to other disturbing actions, including playing with the corpse for several hours and dismembering the body using various blades.
She had planned to take all the body parts with her, but she only managed to put one leg/one foot in her van and left her head behind. Schabusiness said she went “crazy” during the process and passed out.
Police found other human body parts, including legs, inside a slow cooker in Schabusiness’s van during their search.
She was arrested and charged with first degree intentional homicide, mutilation of a corpse and third degree sexual assault. If convicted, Schabusiness faces life in prison.

Jury selection process to begin Friday in the murder and dismemberment trial of Taylor Schabusiness in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Brown County Presiding Judge Thomas Walsh ruled that Schabusiness was competent to stand trial just hours before the selection process began.
The move comes after two recent skill assessments, with one expert deeming her competent and another on the defense side saying otherwise.
Judge Walsh considered a variety of factors, including past assessments and observations of Schabusiness’s behavior in court.
He concluded that she could assist in his defense and that she understood courtroom procedures and players.
The trial faced delays due to difficulties coordinating interviews with Schabusiness while he was incarcerated and his physical assault on his attorney at a previous hearing in February.
The judge aims to have 16 people in the jury box, including four alternatives, for this murder trial.
